Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before your order enters fulfillment, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.

Can I change my shipping address?

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Please use our Size Guide and choose primarily by height, with weight as a secondary reference. Product-specific fit notes take priority over the general guide.

What if my child is between sizes?

We recommend choosing the larger size.

Are the measurements body or garment measurements?

Unless otherwise stated, the Size Guide shows recommended body height and weight ranges, not the measurements of the garment itself.

Shipping destinations, processing times, delivery estimates and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. Final shipping options will also be shown at checkout.

What should I do if my package is delayed?

First, check the latest tracking information. If there has been no update for an extended period, contact us at hello@tatatong.com with your order number.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email hello@tatatong.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help arrange the appropriate solution.
