SHIPPING & LOGISTICS PROTOCOL
01. LABORATORY INSPECTION & PROCESSING
Before deployment, every TATATONG-BOT unit undergoes a rigorous laboratory-grade quality inspection. This ensures industrial-standard integrity and the preservation of textile textures.
 * Standard Processing: All orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
 * Pre-order/Beta Units: Please refer to the specific "Deployment Timeline" provided on the product page.
 * Operation Hours: Monday – Friday (Excluding Public Holidays).
02. TRANSIT & DELIVERY
We utilize high-reliability logistics carriers to ensure all gear is delivered securely. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the consignment.
 * Domestic Shipping: 2 – 5 Business Days.
 * International Express: 3 – 7 Business Days.
 * International Standard: 7 – 14 Business Days.
03. INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING
All products are housed in specialized industrial-grade protective packaging. This system is engineered to shield high-performance fabrics from environmental factors and impact during the transit phase.
04. TRAJECTORY TRACKING
Once your consignment is cleared for dispatch, a unique Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email. You may monitor the real-time trajectory and status of your units through our integrated carrier portal.
05. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international deployments, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as mandated by the destination country's regulations. TATATONG-BOT operates under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.
06. LOGISTICS ANOMALIES
If the industrial packaging is visibly compromised upon arrival, or if there is a discrepancy in the consignment, please document the condition with high-resolution photographs and contact our Lab Assistant within 48 hours of receipt.
