We usually need 2–5 business days to check, fold, pack, and dispatch your order. Delivery to the United States generally takes about 7–14 business days after that; other regions may vary. We will email tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves us—then you can follow its adventure from the comfort of your inbox.

Of course. If a piece is not quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please keep it unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition with tags and packaging, then email hello@tatatong.com before sending anything back. Exchange availability depends on stock, so a quick note first helps us find the smoothest next step.

Start with your little one’s current age and usual fit. If she is between two sizes—or growing faster than your laundry basket can keep up—we usually recommend going one size up for a little extra room to move and grow.

Gentle washing and air-drying are their best friends. Hand wash cold when possible; if the washing machine is needed, choose a delicate cycle and a laundry bag. Lay flat to dry in the shade, and skip bleach, high heat, and rough tumble drying so the ribbed texture stays soft and lovely for longer.

This little trio prefers a gentle laundry day. Check the sewn-in labels, remove the matching bag, turn the dress and top inside out, and wash gently in cold water with similar colors. Reshape the bubble hem, neckline, and ruffled cuffs while damp, then air-dry away from direct heat.
